BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Established in 2002, PLAN Health Advocacy and Development Foundation (PLAN Foundation) has been actively engaged in community engagement, capacity building, mobilization of civil society networks/coalitions, facilitating inclusiveness, economic strengthening, climate change adaptation, service delivery as well as civil society advocacy and activism in Nigeria and beyond for over 2 decades. PLAN Foundation envisions a Nigeria where the individual, family, and community are adequately empowered to protect themselves against poverty, underdevelopment, and the spread of diseases.
PLAN Foundation is implementing the Strengthening Policy Advocacy and Commitment for the TB Response in the FCT, Lagos, Osun, and Oyo States (SPACE4TB Project) along with 3 other organizations in a Cluster Model with funding support from USAID’s SCALE Palladium towards eliciting-private sector and community commitment towards the support of TB programs, increasing budgetary allocation and release for the TB response and incorporating TB management into the States’ Health Insurance policy framework.
The Strengthening Policy Advocacy and Commitment for TB (SPACE4TB) is a cluster that is led by JAKIN-N.G.O. The cluster is made up of four civil society organizations working in the health sector particularly to improve tuberculosis (TB) service delivery across Lagos, Oyo and Osun States and the Federal Capital Territory. The cluster organizations are JAKIN N.G.O established on October 12TH 2003 which aims to solve emerging societal ills; PLAN Health Advocacy and Development Foundation (PLAN Foundation) a health and development focused non-governmental organization with over two decades’ track records on advocacy and capacity building on public health, non-communicable diseases, disability and lately climate-smart agriculture; Foundation for Concerned Souls and Humanitarian Development, formerly known as Organization for Concerned Souls International, established in 2003, focused on public health interventions including Tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, Malaria, Reproductive Health, and Research and Debriche Health Development Centre involved in changing poor health narratives through innovative health solutions.

Responsibilities:
Major activities in the above projects include the development of information materials and advocacy toolkits. In line with PLAN Foundation’s enviable track records in the development of information, education and communication materials with remarkable focus on reader and community friendly features, enriched with culturally appropriate and expressive diagrams, we require the services of a Printer, for the printing of the information materials and advocacy toolkits under the SPACE4TB Project.
The successful candidate will report directly to PLAN Foundation’s Advocacy, Strategic Communication and Media (ASCM) Officer, Mrs. Ifedayo Osemwegie for further details as well as prompt and satisfactory delivery of the job.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Proven experience of printing high quality materials on paper and other forms of media for reputable organizations.
- Verifiable records and samples of previous printing jobs undertaken
- Possession of a gallery or portfolio of similar assignments previously done.
- Advanced computer skills on graphics and photo editing software and related tools
- Sound independent judgement
